BRENDA (BRaunschweig ENzyme DAtabase)- has molecular and biochemical information on enzymes that have been classified by the IUBMB.
ChemSynthesis is a freely accessible database of chemicals. This website contains substances with their synthesis references and physical properties
ChemSpider- a free chemical structure database providing fast text and structure search access to over 57 million structures from hundreds of data sources
eMolecules- search engine for chemical molecules, contains over 7 million unique molecules from chemical suppliers and all of entries from NIST, PubChem, and DrugBank
PubChem- three linked databases from the National Library of Medicine; PubChem Substance, PubChem Compound, and PubChem BioAssay
Spectral Database for Organic Compounds- hosted by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology of Japan, and contains extensive spectroscopic data for organic compounds including infrared and NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry
Symmetry@Otterbein- has tools to help students learn the concepts of molecular symmetry.
